Not a lot. It contains vitamin C that increases intereferon production which can benefit you slightly by preventing some viral infections. Otherwise, it's a good source of carbohydrates and water.

Natural juices are better than sodas, but they have their share of sugars (carbs), so if you're trying to lose or control weight you can't just guzzle the stuff. Remember, all things in moderation.

Vit C but also it is good for making you go poop.
Really, it works very well to make the food move through you and makes your stool softer.
Also, tastes good !!
Lots of natural sugar that is NOT good for you, but better than processed corn sugar that is in soda.
