You can't. Below is not an adverb but a preposition.
And in the "Below job" example, it's being used as an adjective, even though it's not really. And "below an umbrella" (or anything) is still a preposition.

i am below average.... verb
the cars below me were moving fast.... adjective.
can't think of one for adverb.
