My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Cricket right now you are at a good weight, when I was 18, i was 5'1' and weighed 85 pounds and looked like i could blow away. If you want to look good take dancing lessons or do what i do now and buy that resistance kit from wal mart. it has bungie bands, not tubes! bands that can be adjusted for different strengths. a simple routine and eat fruit and veggies and drink cold water before your meals. and dont for get the vitamins. one daily one will give you what you need for the day. and remember muscle is denser than fat. so as you tone up and get strong you will weigh the same but look really good. and tan once a week slowly you'll feel better and will look it. it takes time don't rush it. good luck vw

Healthy tips for losing weight fast

1. Lessen calorie intake by 250-500 per day by substituting most high calorie foods for low fat varieties

2. Keep this cut going for at least one week or until you reach a weight loss level that lasts more than 4 days, then reduce calories by a further 200 per day.

3. Take high quality protein with mainly meals or if possible combine the low fat plant foods together at each meal.

4. Begin a standard weight-training program to keep muscle and boost metabolism.

5. Do aerobic activities on the days in-between the weights sessions to help burn fat directly.

6. Drink plenty of water all day to keep energy levels.

7. Lessen sodium eating by preparing meals using fresh, natural and healthy ingredients.

8. Gently raise the intensity level of the weights program forcing the body to hold onto muscle as calorie intake is lowered gradually over time.

9. Never go below 1500 calories per day, simply exercise more often when if this target is reached.

What are you talking about! You shouldn't weigh 75 pounds! Check out your Body Mass Index and go off of that. You don't want to be all bones! Trust me! 4 years of eating disorders have ruined my digestive tract and I still struggle with my weight! Don't get sucked in! Stop looking at pictures of Mary Kate or Ashely...which ever one is the Dead looking one!

you're already underweight... if you lose any more your organs will begin shutting down. your liver and kidneys will stop working properly as they need certain fats to operate... your digestive system will start to cramp and spasm (this means you can't control your pooping... ew) and your body will start to use muscle tissue as fuel... including the heart muscle. these are all incredibly painful and will permenantly affect your body functions... that means the rest of your life! do you really wanna spend the rest of your life on heart medication, having kidney dialysis, and not being able to control it when you have to poop?

you probably don't want to hear that you should actually gain about 10 lbs so just stay the weight your are for now and talk to a doctor about your weight and health.

walk a lot (like 30 min without stopping) but start with like 10 minutes and slowly increase it. you can do that with running too. drink green tea and lots of water. my mom has this drink (that tastes kind of bad ) but helps you lose weight if you drink it everyday when you wake up about half an hour before you put anything in your mouth (even brushing your teeth): mix some ginger and some lemon juice in a cup (it should be about a quarter of a cup in total or less) and you can add honey if u want.

no one should weight 75 pounds- are you serious? For you're height, average weight is 100 pounds so if you want to be that skinny you should see a nutritionist so she can be the one to help you. Plus it wouldn't hurt having her tell you you're nuts either.

Hi Cricket, To lose this weight and achieve your goal, you will additionally need to incorporate an active cardio plan.
Combined with your 'diet' you will then be one step closer to achieving this goal
