spend more time together, talk to her and tell her how you feel, dont keep nothing back, but dont push it that could be your biggest mistake, give her time afterwards, call her now and then, have fun as usual if it comes to a time she doesnt bring it up, let it slide for some time, wait on her let her emotionally develop.

The only thing you can do is accept the fact you are her friend, if you tell her that you have more feelings for her than just friends then she might be uncomfortable and you could end up losing her friendship in the process. Usually if someone has those feelings for you then you should already know by now.

Nothing. you are completely stuck in the friends ladder my friend. You only have a chance if she doesn't see you as a brother or close friend. Chances are she only sees you as a friend and something drastic would have to happen before she changes her mind.
Search for the Ladder Theory of Relationships, you might find it interesting.

That might not be possible. I have a friend who told me he has feelings not just as a friend. I was shocked, but didn't feel the same. Although he is not a bad guy, I would never want to lose his friendship.

Be her friend for now...let her warm up to you. Help her when she needs it and always be there for her. Eventually you'll have one of two things...a really good friendship...or she'll realize how much you've always been there for her and will be more than just a friend. Don't rush things...just let her know she can rely on you no matter what. :-)

Ah... this happened to me with one of my guy friends. I had feelings for him. He didn't have the same feelings for me. We came to that understanding and we're still best friends.
Sometimes you just have to realize, "Oh, well. There's more fish in the sea."
