A good rule is that what God has made naturally for us to eat, can only do us good. So think fresh, fresh, fresh!

Well done you! Good Luck and God Bless.

Depend what your trying to achieve. If you want well defined muscles, buff type, then you just need to be a fanatic. Forget the health and safety advice as that will only hold you back, live off Boiled Chicken mildly flavoured, with a couple of potatoes or if necessary chips (means your not depriving yourself, if you do this you will only binge later and ruin anything you accomplished), and some veg such as carrotts and green beans. Remember Fruit as well and a bit of Chocolate and alcohol, they all have their purposes, and when your in the Gym push yourself too hard, your musces don't develop as a rsult of regular use but by being told there is a need for re tissue there, which means telling them to do more than they currently can. If you are only after a slight alteration this will be of little use to you but if you want muscle definition, the Health and safety controlled experts are useless, you cannot develop muscle without telling your body you need it which means working out too hard.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Eat fresh food! Vegtables, fruit, fish, etc!

If you're looking for strength your going to need protien, so natural sources are eggs(whites only, yolk contains fat) just keep a balanced diet, natural all the way!

and Drink loads of water!

Don't avoid anything, a little of what you like, however bad, will make you feel good, use it to treat yourself!

Drink plenty of water. stop eating ALOT of sweet foods or Drinking ALOT of alcohol. Eat more fruit and veg. Chicken breast is good food for building muscle. I like to take Malt Extract as well as it contains Cod liver oil and keeps energy levels up and keeps the body and bones supple. Hope that helps a little
