410 south, 401 east, 427 south, QEW east to Gardiner, exit at Bay St. The ACC is at the corner of Bay and Front -- you can't miss it.

Steve is correct with directions, there are parking lots on 3 sides of the ACC, but be prepared to pay $20 on game night.

However, if you are in Brampton, you might check into taking the GO Train. It will take you to Union Station which is right beside the ACC.

Be sure to check the departure times to get you home again, and be there on time...

stevewbcanada has a great answer. but I prefer to get off at Spadina (north) make the first right into the Skydome keep to the right go past the Steamwhistle Brewery on the left. Next intersection make a right and there is a great underground parking on the left that is reasonable. you would be halfway to the dome as well as the acc. 5 minute walking either way for each building

Parking is very expensive in downtown Toronto. Have you considered public transportation? You can access the schedules here: http://www.gotransit.com/publicroot/schedule/lstserdt.asp?table=31&station=BRPT

Hope that helps!
