A woman who won’t financially support their child, isn’t interested in seeing them. Has only showed interest when they are in a relationship with the father. The kicker to this is that the woman I have run across like this arein their mid to late 30's. I mean is this a new trend I mean its common now days. I see it all the time.

It can be a result of a poor relationship with their own mother.
It can also happen following a birth that doesn't support the normal production of the hormone oxytocin, the "love hormone". Without the hormone, the mother doesn't bond properly at birth. If the baby is then fed formula, the hormone never flows during breastfeeding and the chemical feedback system that nature developed to help women bond to their children never kicks in.
The higher the cesarean birth rate goes and the more babies fed exclusively with formula, the more likely we are to see this.
Obviously there are other reasons too. Even third world mothers who birth normally and breastfeed can find themselves so burned out by the burdens of motherhood that they abandon their children. Sad but true.

I there is a trend on wmoen abusing men and expecting the money from men but would not give the other 50%. Very sad, these gold diggers, not just 30's anymore, they teaching their young girls to do the same. so it's a trend for all ages. Just teach ur sons to watch beware of these girls.

It's the "ME" generation in full gear. Who has time to take care of kids when you've got a boob job to pay for, clubbing on the weekend and hours to log at Bally's Total Fitness.
Sad for sure..

Uh, if you actually look into humans and reproduction and how humans and children relate...unfortunately, we (humans) have NO NATURAL MATERNAL INSTINCT. We arn't born with one and we do not produce one once we have children. Sucks, but it's true.
