If things are going well, no stree, great relationship with no fighting. Supportive friends and family. Is it possible to delay or not have as many depression episodes?

Yes. Just be aware if symptoms show up and let your therapist know what is going on. It is all about being honest about what is going on in your mind and not making mountains out of mole hills.(I hate that phrase, but it works for me) I have been in a great relationship, working all the time and see my therapist regularly. I haven't had a "downer" for over 9 months now. It can happen for you too!!!
