We rename the planet Mercury to be John the Baptist, Venus to be Mary Magdalene, Mars to be the Archangel Michael, Jupiter to be the Apostle Peter, and so on.

(You guys wanted Christianity to be treated like Greco-Roman mythology, right?)

(Actually this isn't my idea. It's from a sci-fi novel by Franz Werfel.)

The funny thing is, Greco-Roman mythology is a million times more believable than Christianity.

How people take Christianity serious is beyond me.

I think that's pushing it a little too far.

I want Christianity to be treated with respect, but until other Christians start treating other religions and beliefs with respect, that won't happen.
