I don’t have any plug in installed on Outlook.
This is not accumulated over time.. it happens immediately when I open outlook !

i have only few hundreds items/messages in my outlook

this might be due to a large .PST file. do you have anything like that opened and in use?
try closing all pst files.

bloody hell thats alot for outlook, how many messages have u got save din there??
I aint used outlook in ages as i use Thunderbird, u need to look into compacting/ archiving ur old emails.
I dont know what version ur using so take a look at these sites and see if any of it helps
