I work with this really hot guy that is always telling me about his sexcapades. all it does it turn me on at work and make it hard for me to concentrate. i think hes into me but I'm unsure how to make "things happen." i tried suggesting a "nooner" in the bathroom -and he seemed into it, but hasn't taken me up on it yet. Any suggestions for how I can get this rolling? I just want to have a sex thing - no relationship necessary.

well, if thats how you feel then approach him about it again. but make it the last time if he doesnt take you up on your offer. you will seem desperate if you keep it up and also, most guys dont want it if you throw it too hard.
