Reproduction, certainly. If only the intelligent people breed, not only will population decline (conserving resources), society will have fewer problems that lack solutions. Generally, criminals, drug addicts, and "bad" people have lower IQ's than those who seek to better themselves and society.

I'm not sure what you classify as a Christianofascist, but if by that you mean someone who has put their faith in Jesus I would say you are wrong.
But then of course you were not really looking for my answer.
Others answers were very telling.
I particularly liked the kind compassionate person who linked IQ (or lack there of) to badness. I would counter that argument by saying there have been plenty of evil geniuses in the world, but ... I digress.
