I'm assuming you are a female from your picture and what not.. and the answer is no, you are not overweight or underweight.. you are at a very very healthy weight for your age and height, so just relax... if you know what BMI is, you are in the 33% which is great! in all honesty you could gain a little weight and still be fine! so relax.

Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator at
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm
BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese
Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

This website below has a BMI calculator for teens and younger children, as it can be different than the BMI for adults. I work for a medical company, and this is the BMI calculator that we use.
So I took a guess on your birthdate, and using the Teen BMI calculator, I found that your (estimated) BMI is 17.5, which is a very healthy level for your age, height and weight. Try it yourself to be sure, since your birthdate will be different than what I put in. And don't worry about gaining 2 pounds, you're just starting to mature and even if you gained 20 pounds, you'd still be in the healthy range.

NO worries! You are VERY UNDER weight! i would tell you do not worry about these things so young; however I am a mother of a 12 y.o. girl, 11 y.o. boy and 2 y.o. girl....so I know the concerns of the youth....but don't worry! You're fine. Keep in mind that you're growing and muscle weighs more than fat. If you're in sports or what not you're gaining MUSCLE (that's GOOD weight!) Also, if you've started you're monthly period that is also water weight that you may gain (then lose again in a coulple of weeks at most) Don't worry!

Well young lady, every girl is different at this age. i think you are fine where you are. don't forget you will grow taller and the weight will be distributed evenly. i would not worry about your weight. Just stay off the sugar if you feel you must lose a couple pounds. get some excercise too.
eat more fruits and vegetable and protien. stay away from juices, cookies and cakes..it's simple.

In the mood for the hot meal? Make a large pot of veggie bean soups, divide into two-cup containers, and store inside freezer. Before bed, place a container in the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door each day.
