I just went and got what my stylist called a "shattered bob" it's anywhere between chin and shoulder length with a fair amount of layers (you can get more put in if you want). It's really great. Either air dry, blow dry w/ your head upside down, or spray some gel in it and blow dry. It looks really great and piecey.

cut your hair to about your sholders then layer it like the rich people and their bangs then straighten it then clip half of your hair and leave the rest down
