Everywhere I look, I only find the long curtains. I have small windows.

Ready made curtains are very difficult to find in shorter lengths. Your best bet is to buy the longer ones in the colour and fabric you like, and shorten them. If you're not very handy with a needle and thread or a sewing machine, you can buy a roll of iron-on hem tape which will eliminate all sewing. If you're cutting off more than several inches of material, you can keep it to use as accents elsewhere in the room -- on throw pillows, as a table runner... With the iron-on hem tape and fusible webbing you can do amazing things without sewing.
Another option is to just buy the longer-than-needed curtains, and leave them long. It will create the effect of a larger window than what you actually have, which can be nice. Good luck!

Found some at Family Dollar or even Dollar General. If u have neither where u live, try Wal-Mart. It just depends on the brand u get or even Target. Big Lots is another find. If u still cannot find any then u may have to resort to cutting them and putting a small hem in the curtain. Good luck!

Go to a fabric shop and just buy some material and make your own. It is so easy. You don't even have to sew, you can use fabric glue. You get a "custom" look that way.

The easiest is actually keep the long curtains which creates the illusion of having a bigger window, and stonger accent to the room.

FIND THE CURTAINS AND CUT THEM OFF TO THE DESIRED LENGHT AND THEN GET SOME FABRIC GLUE AND HEM THEM...VOILA' EASY TO DO
