I LOVE to eat granola with fat-free yogurt or skim milk for breakfast, or oatmeal with raisins and skim milk. These whole grain treats really give you energy for the rest of the day, you can enjoy them warm or hot, with added fruit, etc. Plus, I often find that I'm not as hungry as I otherwise would be later in the day, and so I can eat healthier and less often. Some granola can be high in fat, so be careful; I get the regular kind anyway since I only eat it with skim and non-fat dairy. So enjoy a small portion, and it will fill you up the healthy way!

Steel Cut Oats with a scoop of protein. Egg white omelette (add 2 whole eggs with it) Throw in some fruit (I like bananas) and some yogurt and you're set. Steel cut oats are delicious and are really inexpensive.
