Will this eventually lead to a lower oxygen levels, similar to that at high altitude.

Hi. Climate change may accelerate the growth of grasses and trees so it's hard to guess. Remember that a lot of oxygen comes from plankton.

I doubt it, burning of fossil fuels only expels the same amount of carbon into the environment as would leaving every tree to rot after it fell. I doubt it will reduce oxygen levels, if it does we can always carry oxygen tanks around and learn to recycle it.

No. The importance of green plants is removal of carbon dioxide and not supply of oxygen. We are in no danger at all of running out of oxygen, only of getting too much carbon dioxide in the air.
