Is the kitten with out its mother? if so, try evaporated milk mixed about 50/50 with water make sure its not realy cold, room temp is good, they like it and i believe its good for them, until the kitten gets its teeth then feed it a kitten chow, preferably not seafood though, makes them have the runs..... good luck

http://www.vetnpetdirect.com.au/catalog/Divetelact-Low-Lactose-Milk-Replacer-p-16474.html

You should be able to order it off the internet and have it shipped to you.

Call your local vet immedietly, young kittens can easily get dehydrated if they are not with mom, they may need an IV to get them hydrated.

Your local vet should also have kitten milk replacer, DO NOT GIVE COWS MILK!cow’s milk is not nutritious enough for kittens - they will slowly STARVE to death on it. Please try to find kitten milk replacer as soon as you can! Where are you located that you can't find any?

Kittens also are unable to regulate their own body temp, when I have very young kittens, I fill an old tube sock with white rice, heat it up in the microwave for 90 seconds, wrap it in a towel, and put it in the box with the kitten.

When a kitten has had enough formula, bubbles will form around its mouth, and its tummy will be rounded. After each meal, burp the kitten by holding it upright against you shoulder and patting it lightly on the back.

Do not overfeed kittens, as this can bring on diarrhea as well as other problems.

You can find kitten milk at any petstore, or even Petsmart. That is where I found some for my kitties. As for being only a week old I wold not recomment anything else but the ingredients found in kitten supplement milk. As for not being able to find it anywhere else, you can find alternative recipes on how to make your own kitten milk.

Just go to http://www.hdw-inc.com/glop.htm

They is a good recipe for what a kitten needs.

When I went through this, I used the canned mothers milk from the pet store and a needleless syringe. Once you fill the syringe, place it under the kittens lip towards the side of the mouth and place a liitle bit there. This will give the kitten a taste for it and he or she may actually open their mouth a little to eat. If they don't open up just continue to use the side of their mouth. This metod worked for me.

Baby formula is good, and so is soy milk. Regular milk is also good, and once the kitten gets older, you can wet regular cat food with milk and put it in the microwave to soften it up.

Warm milk, lots of love. It sounds like you're doing fine!! Good luck!!

order the kitten milk from www.petedge.com or www.revivalanimal.com Nothing else will help that kitten. It may not even make it with kitten milk because it it so young.

Also, where are you from? Wal-Mart carries kitten milk as well as all pet stores.

You need to got to a pet store and get this special formula to feed it,If you give it regular formula or soy it will be bad for her stomach. They sell it at pet stores, also dint give her hard cat food Intel she is ready or that will be bad on her belly to,and it can kill her,You also should get her to a vet to get her her distemperment shot, cuz if you have anymore animals it could spread and kill your other animals to.

Contact a local vet asap. They may give you a special formula. Do not give her regular milk.
