what can this be i was at the ER sunday they said i may have sinus pain they told me to take only tylenol. what you think can be. its like a sharp pain Tylenol Aint Working Maybe i Should Asprin or Advil

Not enough info. If your head feels blocked and stuffy , it probably is a sinus problem. Try an over the counter sinus medicine. I have the best results using a plain decongestant when my sinuses act up. If the headache stays after things clear some, then I take some Tylenol. If this doesn't work then you need to see an ENT for help.

Why would we know if the ER don't know?
The answer is simple, taking a stronger tablet, although, maybe they told you to just take Tylenol in case it got worse and you were just masking the pain which would indicate something more serious.
You should ask your GP or some other medical person before you take anything else. Why didn't you ask them at the time?
They must have gave you some kind of advice like what to do if it got worse?
Try and get an answer to the Tylenol question but don't go back to the ER over a headache.......
Sometimes we get headaches and there's no obvious reason and tablets don't seem to help. We just need to deal with them and go back to the doctors or whatever if it lasts longer than a few days, or has some other worrying symptoms along with it.

It is possible you've got severe eye strain. I'd suggest checking with doctor/s, but also checking whether the guidance (below) helps

Honestly that is usually what I get before I start getting a migraine. I usually take excedin migraine. Good Luck

try asprin and if that doesn't work than you should go to back to the hospital and tell them that the pain has not stopped that could be really serious

my friend had this exact pain and they kept telling her it was just a sinus infection and everyone in her family is a doctor, even her mom told her it was nothing. but her sister decided to do a cat scan and she found a brain tumor. Thank Goodness for sisters.
Her sister saved her life!
