well it varies depending on the people and such however i recomend waiting at least several months, because although you may have a crush on someone or think you have feelings for them you need time to really get to know them and let thinks happen naturally. As a guy i can tell you its a HUGE turn off when a girl i just met says she loves me. That just screams co dependency, and/or other issues. Ive had girls say that to me the day i met them. I couldnt run fast or far enough trust me. Also when that time does finally come let them say it first , but dont say it back right away . A little hard to get never hurts .lol
By the way this works both ways , if a guy is saying it to you within a few weeks of meeting you , hes just trying to get laid , he dont mean it most likely. good luck

As soon as you want too.....just keep in mind, the other person may not say it back.
However, I have a positive story for you.
I met my husband, and told him I loved him in a week. We got engaged a month later, and married a month after that. I am happy to say that was 11 years ago this week.

There is no time limit for this. You have to say it when you really feel comfortable with this person. You'll do only two things by saying those three words. You either scare him away or draw him closer.

because men have issues with that word it scares the heck out of them if they aren't ready and it sounds like you really love him and you dont want to loose him so take it slow and give him time to feel it to

Kidding aside, there is no timetable for this. You should only say it if you mean it unless you are a guy and you want to get into her pants.
