my boyfriend bought a 06 cobalt ss in the spring and he loves it to death aside from now needing a new car for the winter due to the size of the rims and types of tires...i like the colbalts too(i actually had that model as a rental when my car was in the shop)...id like an LT coupe...anyone have any other model than the SS...if so how does it do in snow, ice, rain, etc...all info would be appreciated, thanks!

you can get any car in an auto and as far as driving in snow its front wheel drive so you should be fine but on ice i don't care what you dive no one gets any traction on ice you just spin out and the rain as long as your not being stupid and driving the car like its a nice sunny day you should be fine.

Its General Motors car made with Chinese parts and Mexican labor. I've been burned for 25 years buying Ford,G.M., and Dodge. Be smart and buy a American Car ( Japanese, yes its sad, but they have honor).
