Peel a large potato and plop it into the gravy; it will soak up excess salt if you over did it! Then pull the potato out and toss it or give it to the dog...lol...

Quarter a couple of potatoes, let them boil and then remove them and they should absorb some of the salt.
Otherwise you will simply have to dilute the juices/sauce with more liquids/water and top up your other fresh ingredients.
If you have not added any thickeners yet, you could strain away some of the salty liquid and replace with fresh liquids

Adding a raw cut up potato will soak up the excess salt. I don't know how logn but I guess you could taste it in intervals until it tastes less salty.

try adding a little more water to the gravy and add some sliced potatoes and reheat for a while

dont know if this will really help bt slice sum potaoes and put it in laying on the brisket and in the gravey it should absorb the salt, well it does n stews t will n gravey, i dunno about a briscuit like i said maybe if you lay it on top
