My alter ego is named Kali ( my dad used to call me this when I was younger ) it means Energetic in swahili . Anyways , I have had alot of bad things happen in my life this past year and Kali is my strong ego , she helps me be strong and she helps me overcome all my fears. I am strong , brave , happy , and safe

wow what a question..i personally think ever1 has an alter ego of sum sort but sum people will be just to scared to admit it...yes i had 1 not so much now but when i was sad usally alone this alter ego made me happy its hard to explain who it is and no am not barking mad like sum idiots on here will say...and i kinna agree with what ziggy said people on here will use there alter ego and to be honest i dont think thats a bad thing

My husband has two drunken alter-egos. Tarquin is obnoxious and usually has to sleep on the sofa when he turns up because he's such a git. Barney is much nicer, but is completely daft and not good for much.
When I used to get chatted up by men I wasn't interested in, I used to say that Mr Gorbachev lived in my head. It worked quite well til the day one particularly geeky bloke said, with a completely straight face that Mrs Thatcher lived in his and that we should get together and have a summit meeting. Funny, I never used that line again...!

I don' t know if I have an alter ego or not. Maybe there's one but I'm not aware of it. If I have an alter ego, I would like it to be more outgoing, flamboyant and full of fun.

I think most users on YA are using their alter ego. They say things in their Q's and A's that they probably wouldn't say to peoples faces or in a group of intelligent people.
I think it makes people feel much more free than in real life.
I kinda like it!
