I'm a guy and life is great at times. Why would anybody want to be part of my life as it is. I get tired easily and also I have high blood pressure and diabetes. So things don't work like they should.

There is no reason you should not contunue doing the things you enjoy for as long as you are able. If may not be easy finding a woman who will accept you as you are. Be honest about your health conditions when the need to explain arises and hang in there. There are plenty of women who have hearts big enough to love you and your MS and your hypertension and your diabetes. I suggest you join a support group. You may find a very sympathetic and understanding woman.

This is no time to throw a Pity Party for yourself!! You are not dead! Embrace life and live it to the fullest! So what if you are a little tired sometimes and some "things" don't work like they should. Rest if you need to and jump back in the saddle. As far as things not working sometimes like they should--just know that there are many other ways that you can please your woman if she is patient and understanding. If you are a good man and know how to treat a woman, you will have no trouble finding a good woman. Just be honest about your condition, but don't tell anyone right away. Wait until you know its someone special to you. She will be a lucky girl. I wish you the best. Peace.

Why wouldn't they?

Everyone has problems in life and things that get in the way of having a perfect relationship.. but no relationship can ever be perfect anyway. At least you have a diagnosis which you could tell someone instead of a weird range of symptoms that you can't explain.

Try dating and see. What is a problem for one woman/man isn't for another. So if it doesn't work with one partner then you just need to look for another one. This is the same for everyone who dates.

I'm sure you have a lot to offer, and if you are saying life is great at times it seems to me that you're just thinking negatively about your potential to get a partner. If life is great at times who wouldn't want to share that with you ?

There used to be a saying "for every zig, theres a zag" Essentially that there is someone for everyone. Not everyone wants a sports minded sex maniac for skydiving purposes. Some women want a good friendship based realtionship that can develope into a more emotionally intense relationship. As for things not working like they used to....speak to your doctors as theres lots more they can do with this problem than they used to. Even if they can't. ummm. help you out, well, you can still help your lady out.

Yes!!!!! I work with MS patients and think that the more "normal" your life is, the better your disease will be!

A good companion will not be phased by your medical problems....think of it as a great screening process to weed out that bad women!

If you are not currently taking anything for your MS....talk to your doctor!!!

Why not date? You don't have a terminal illness. You aren't the only person out there with medical problems and you definitely shouldn't be ashamed of them. Date while you can because life is too short not to have fun and especially with other people.

Feel for ya, friend. Perhaps join a support group around MS or one of your other health problems. Maybe you will meet someone there and she would be more understanding.
