depending on your age theres an excellent chance to conceive as far as pain yes I'm sure it will be as pain full as it is for a tubal reversal i know from experience i guess it depends on how bad you BOTH want to have another baby.good luck listen honey there are vasectomy reversals being done every day and they do work it is not as expensive as a tubal reversal and the healing time is alot shorter conceiving after is very good.

I dont be attentive to a pair of reversal yet, My father had a vasectomy and the well being care expert did not tell my mom and dad to have secure intercourse for the subsequent 6 weeks and and 9 months later i grow to be born.

I know little on this subject but wanted to say " good luck" talk with hubby and let him know how you feel, you may be surprised by his reaction.Sometimes we make decisions that seem like they are what we want but later on might not really reflect our true desire.I dont wish for anyone to have an ache for a child that they cant have..i hope this works out for you and like some have said adoption is also a beautiful thing and i something i would love to do myself.

Don't put your husband through that again...and besides, the longer you wait, the less the chances are for a successful reversal.

Try adoption, there are tons of kids out there that need a good home.

Or, how about a sperm donor?

Discuss it with him. If he doesn't want to have the reversal, you can investigate either in vitro with donor sperm or adoption. You also need to make sure that you can support another child financially, emotionally, and physically (if you can carry it, complications, etc) I wish you luck.

My husband had himself fixed too. I think about having another baby. Then I just think that I am lucky for the 2 I have!

Well, why did you have the vasectomy in the first place?

there is no guarantee that a reversal will be effective.

talk to him about it. Be honest and see what he says. But keep in mind if he totaly refuses(witch would not suprise me) then there are about 1 million babys out there that you a can adopt. good luck.
