It depends on so many things
is he working alone? has he got a team with him? is he using a simple axe, or the latest chainsaw? petrol or two stroke? (I don't know if you can get petrol ones, just going with the flow) electric? (is he near a power supply?) or just a saw? has he got one of those log-splitting devices? how small is he cutting the pieces into? are they hearth-sized pieces, or is he simply felling trees?
