I have just been to a non-religious wedding in Sorrento. That was beautiful, and had stunning views whilst they took their vows. They stayed at the Hotel Excelsior Vittora, which is very very expensive, but the happy couple got the honeymoon rooms free as they had their reception there. Gorgeous - go on splash out!

Try asking the tourist office (Pro Loco) in Ravello and Positano.
Ravello is high up with stunning views and Positano is on the coast - and steeply above it. Both are romantic.
