The main difference is the God's Messianic Kingdom by Christ Jesus.

Jehovah's Witnesses believe that it is an actual government which will soon step in to replace existing human governments.
(Daniel 2:44) God of heaven will set up a kingdom... It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite

That Kingdom will rule over the vast majority of mankind, most of whom will have been raised from the dead after Armageddon.
(John 11:23,24) Jesus said to her: “Your brother will rise.” Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”
(Acts 24:15) There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.

Until that resurrection, there is no suffering in "hell", or the grave. Sometime after the resurrection, death and "hell" will themselves be destroyed.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all
(Ecclesiastes 9:10) there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol ["hell"]
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Hades ["hell"] were hurled into the lake of fire

While a limitted number of humans will be resurrected to heaven to share in ruling over mankind, the vast majority (literally more than 99.9%) of Jehovah's Witnesses expect an EARTHLY hope, the same hope given to Adam and Eve.
(Genesis 1:28) God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill THE EARTH and subdue it [caps added]
(Genesis 2:17) You must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die [so never eating from that tree means never dying]

Interestingly, the Scriptures are full of references to this earthly hope.
(Psalms 37:11) 'the meek will possess the earth'
(Proverbs 2:21) 'upright will reside in the earth'
(Isaiah 45:18) 'God formed the earth to be inhabited'
(Matthew 5:5) 'the mild will inherit the earth'
(Revelation 21:3) The tent of God is with mankind

Yes, there are a lot of differences, to numerous to list here.

I think it's interesting though that Jehovah's Witnesses often quote the Catholic Encyclopedia to prove their beliefs are based on the bible.

The New Catholic Encyclopedia states:

“The formulation ‘one God in three Persons’ was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, prior to the end of the 4th century. But it is precisely this formulation that has first claim to the title the Trinitarian dogma. Among the Apostolic Fathers, there had been nothing even remotely approaching such a mentality or perspective.”—(1967), Vol. XIV, p. 299.

So why the difference? Jehovah's Witnesses stop quoting when they go beyond what the bible teaches.

If Catholics would read their own enclyopideas, there would be few differences.

Jehovah's witness believe that they alone will be living forever on paradise earth. So you must be a Witness to experience this. They do not believe in the Trinity Father, Son and Holy Spirit. They believe: Father = Jehovah, Son=Michael the Arc angel, Holy Spirit= an Active Force. They must adhere to the Watch Tower Society for all their guidance, because Jehovah can only speak to these Leaders who in turn will deliver to the flock. They do not accept or give blood, regardless of life or death. The only holidays they celebrate is passover and anniversary; and they have their own distorted Bible called the New World Translation which they can't read on their own. These are only a few. The main one is they cannot think or reason for themselves.

Catholics believe everyone has at least a chance of getting to Heaven. The Jehovah's Witnesses basically don't think anyone is getting there but a very select few. They can't even tell all their own they think they'll get to heaven.

Belief systems, mainly. Catholics are the first Christians (it's true, each branch of christianity can trace it's roots to Catholosism). They believe in the bible, the pope, mass and a lot of what is believed of christians. JW are a little more extreme. All I know is that they go door-to-door to convert and dont' celebrate any holidays or birthdays.

Everything. You couldn't ask for a bigger difference. We were told by jehovas witness at the door to read their literature and they basically told us that heaven is full for them so why would anyone waste their time with a religion like that? And I am not catholic but they do not worship the pope. The pope is the messenger from christ for them. He gives them their revelation.

JW's dont believe in the trinity, catholics do.

JW's dont believe in hell, catholics do.

JW's believe in an earthly paradise, and only 144,000 go to heaven. Catholics believe everyone who is good will go to heaven.

JW's will disfellowship you from their kindom halls if you sin repeatedly. Catholics will forgive you every time.

JW's will not kill for the sake of spreading their message, Catholics will.

Catholics believe in the divinity of Jesus, the Jehovas don't.

Christians have always known Jesus is divine that's why the dogma of the Trinity was formulated later on.

J W.s are protestant. Catholics are one of the first 5 churches, JW is among the newest. All protestant churches are direct offshoots of the catholic church. including yours. the two religions have very few similarities. JW's keep banging on your door to get you to join, Catholics simply leave the church doors open for those who want to enter.
