Well.....
You can look up the 2006 military pay chart online and you can see for the pay it depends on what rank you are and how many years you have served for what your base pay will be. If you are married or have children who are legally your dependents you will receive a basic allowance for housing that will be based off the zip code of the city these family members reside in. Also you will recieve a basic subsistence allowance once you complete training that is roughly $230 a month. While you are in boot camp and AIT you will eat at the mess hall and will not recieve this allowance. For separation it depends on what kind you are talking about and how long you have served. There are many factors with the separation thing. Alot of times if you have not served very long you just get paid your transportation back to your home and that is about it.

Everyone has told you about base pay. It depends on rank and time in grade. You don't make alot through BCT and AIT. Also, unless things have changed greatly, you don't get seperation pay while in those to training courses. If you do, last time we were apart, it was $75 a month after the first 30 days. That could have changed....I haven't looked it up. However, I still don't think you get that for going through your 2 initial training courses.

It all depends on what rank you come in. If your AIT is long you might pick up a rank or two. What kind of separation are you talking about?
If you are talking about a chapter out for example not integrating or not "soldiering" then I don't think you get anything. You just get booted out.
But if you are talking about a separation due to health reasons then I think you would have to go to the medical board to get evaluated on what percentage you'd get.

The others have answered your primary questions regarding pay at BCT and AIT. Regarding your question about pay at separation...
If you are asking about retirement pay (separation from duty with 20 years or more of service) your pay is based on your final rank and number of years in service.
If you are asking about pay after completion of your initial enlistment...unless there have been a significant change since I served...there isn't any. You have earned your VA benefits.

you will not have the right paperwork needed to get the identity till a pair of month after he gets to common training( the army would not have Boot camp, it fairly is Marines , military and CG basically) he's not entitled to base housing till he completes all his training and has reached his everlasting accountability station. the waiting record to get into housing could be a twelve months long. what you're bearing on is BAH.. the allowance he's entitled to for having dependents to defray the value of offering a house .

I think he's asking about separation pay - like when you're a geographical bachelor.
I don't know the answer.

It strongly depends on your rank. A PV1 will make about a thousand dolars a month, while a PFC could almost double that.
