<<<<< Grilled Sirlon Steak with Black Pepper Sauce >>>>
1 6-10 oz sirlon steak
15g butter
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 chopped onions
salt & pepper to taste
garlic powder
Black Pepper sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon black pepper (freshly grounded)
1 glove of garlic (crushed)
2 teaspoon of water
1) Sprinkle salt and black pepper & garlic powder on both side of the steak, marinate for around 5 minutes, Pan fry or grill to medium cook, set aside
2) Heat a saucepan with cooking oil and butter over medium-low heat, stir fry onion and garlic for 1 minute, mix all the seasoning and water in a bowl, stir well, pour into the pan, stir till the sauce is thicken, remove from heat. spoon sauce on the steak, serve with boiled vegetables or french fries. (or steamed rice)

Chinese Pepper Steak
1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef round steak
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 T. hoisin sauce
1 t. sugar
1 tomato, chopped
2 red or green bell peppers, cut into strips
3 T. cornstarch
3 T. water
1 C. fresh bean sprouts
4 green onions, finely chopped
Trim fat from steak; slice into thin strips. Combine steak, garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on Low about 4 hours. Turn control to High. Add tomato and bell peppers.
Dissolve cornstarch in water in small bowl; stir into steak mixture. Cover and cook on High 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened. Stir in bean sprouts. Sprinkle with onions.
Serve with rice.

CHINESE PEPPER STEAK
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
2 tbs. oil

1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce (kikkomann)
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup fresh or canned bean sprouts, drained (optional)
1 cup canned tomatoes, cut up
2 green peppers, seeded and cut into strips
1 tbs. cornstarch
2 tbs. cold water
4 green onions, sliced
Slice steak into narrow strips. Brown steak in oil in skillet. Combine with garlic, salt, pepper, soysauce, and sugar on low for 30 mins. Turn up heat and add the bean sprouts, tomatoes, and green peppers. Dissolve constarch in water. Stir into pot. cover and cook on high about 5-10 minutes or until thickened stirring to prevent sticking. Sprinkle with onions and serve with steamed white rice.

Basically just thin slices of beef with green peppers and onions all sauteed together; add soy if you want and serve over rice.

If perhaps it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
