No, I cook for my husband everyday. But as western women become more active in the work force and less active in the home, most don't have time or feel like cooking.

I really hope not. Homecooked meals are the best ways to go. I like to cook, and I love my mom's cooking!!

yes. I wish I cooked meals for my family more. I have a newborn and a toddler and by the end of the night cooking dinner is the last thing I want to do. Also, I don't good recipes and when I try new ones that don't work I get discouraged. We eat hamburgers, pizza, casseroles, tacos and easy to prepare dinners.

No, if you are raised on home cooked meals the thought of that frozen crap is horrifying! I make all my meals from fresh ingredients and so do my sister's and their families and no we do not live on a farm and yes we work during the week in the high tech industry - we just make preparations and know that it is the healthiest way to eat!

Unfortunately they are along with stay at home moms. Now adays its a fight against time. Work ,school, exercise its just easier to buy something made then hopefully at least eat it together on a table not in front of the TV.

Just take a look around and check out all of the drive thrus, and easy take out places. It is sad! I love to cook, but I am a stay at home Mom and have time for it. Too many people just have no time. Sad, becaus eit is so much better for you! (And cheaper!)

with all of those varities of places to chow down, alot of people are going to them and trying new things. Especially if you have your modern day situation...mother and father both work too busy to cook dinner, so you get home and grab the kids and go and eat out...I wish there was more home cooked meals though, I love cooking.

I hope not. I work full time, have two kids, coach a cheer squad, and still make them at least 4 times a week.

unfortunately I think they are... although I am one that would love to cook everything from scratch, but do not have the time... Convenience is nice on somethings, but it also takes away from others.
