hey!
i got psoriasis afew years ago. my doc said there was no cure as such and tried to give me steroids!! i declined...psoriasis is pretty grim but im not putting that on my skin!! anyway...i did my research and eventually found the best thing that worked for me was some marvelous products called exorex...the lotion and moisturising cream. the lotion contain a small % of coal tar..(if you go to hospital they'll give you a coal tar bath!! urgh!!) anyway..you may smell alittle bit like you've been working in the pits HOWEVER it works a treat!! they do every type of product..shampoo, facewash etc. i also found getting some sun shine on my skin was great. sunbeds in moderation are great. lots of vit d. also dead sea salts for your bath are amazing.you can get those at health food shops mostly.. and keep positive. stress is the main cause behind psoriasis..low level stress being the worse. take it easy...you'll find something that works for you! hope this helps.

no cure, I have had it since I was 13 and now am 26 it comes and goes when it wants. certain things trigger it. so try and eat healthy I have tried everything as you can imagine as it was hard growing up covered up all the time and embarrassed my whole young adult live I have finally found a bit more comfort in dealing with the anxiety of having this terrible and unwanted disease. my cure for it is lots of water and vitamin d pills of course please speak to your physician before taking them to make sure it s right for you but it has helped me.out of all the cortisone's and steroids light UV treatments, mexitrexate pills that damage the liver injections, and many more that I have tried over the past 13 years. You really need to make a decision is it all worth the risk of developing side affects for something that is not life threatening. The best advice I can give you is to stay positive for if you stress about it only gets worse. and try to get some sun time 20 minutes or so a day also the ocean helps as well if you live near it unlike me. I have been told by doctors that the sea salt helps I have even tried Epsom salt that sorta help me you can get it at your local pharmacy, may work for you keep that in mind good luck to you hope I helped a little

Skin diseases are no longer a problem to control.
A group of complex carbohydrates should normally be attached the proteins of every single cell in the human body. The transfer of all biological data at cellular level depends upon all of those carbohydrates being in place. This is the mechanism which is 'Immune Function'.
Diseases such as Eczema, Psoriasis or Hives, are simply the result of the immune system not being able to recognise that there is a problem in the first place.
Replacing these missing carbohydrates is quite straight forward, and promotes proper immune response. This attacks the root cause of the disease.

I have no idea.
I have Psoriasis, and the only thing I can do is put the cream that the doctor gave me onto it.
It usually goes away and stays away as long as I keep applying the cream.
But if I forget to use the cream, or don't use it for a few days, it comes back. O_o
I noticed that if you put the cream on more than 3 times a day for about a week, it stays gone longer, though.

My understanding of psoriasis is that it's a disease within the blood so there is no cure only medicines that will help. One thing I have noticed is that being at the beach, whether it's the salt water or sun, helps alot. I've heard of people using tanning booths once a week to produce light on the places and it seems to help.

Psoriasis is an auto-immune disease. There is no cure, only management of symptoms.
I have found that the best treatment it to get injections. If you are like mose, you will have great results that last a long time!

No, it isn't cureable, but it is treatable. There are a vast amount of creams/lotions that you can use to help, and although it seems out there, tanning can also help. My father has psoriasis and after using numerous lotions, he decided to try tanning and he's never felt or looked better.

Mehta Kishore
Hahne. Homoeo Sandesh.1989;13(1): 5-22.
Skin disease is constitutional disorder. It requires to be paid some respect to other diseases. IN fact, skin diseases help internal organ to remain normal and thus play a real role of protector even in the disease state, Skin diseases evolved from psora to sycosis to tubercular to syphilitic miasm. Skin diseases occur as primary or secondary lesion. Different lesion have different phases. Every phase must be treated accordingly. Local application has a little value in homoeopathic treatment. Skin diseases appears first but gets cured last.

Nimbhorkar M P

This paper reflects two cases of psoriasis successfully treated by the author. Psoriasis is a very difficult problem to treat and manage which needs skill, experience and patience on the part of homoeopathy. It is extremely difficult to withdraw corticusteroids in some of these cases and might take years to treat. In first case, A 75yrs old patient having patches of psoriasis on hands, legs, elbows, back for four years was given Arsenic alb. which had given a difinite relief but patches remained. Thereafter, he was given DNA 1M one dose and followed by placebo for 2 months, got fermernect relief. In another case A 32 yrs old patient having psoriatic patches on skin, who given Agaricus 1M one dose followed by placebo for 2 months. Thereafter he was given syphilinum 10M one dose followed by placebo. After 2 months, the patient was seen and found with good improvement
these are few cases studied and given hope it can help you.for further info pls check the site below.
