What I truly believe is dying faster and faster is morality, principle and values. Christianity is one of the fastest growing religion today. Hence the reason for so much animosity and killing, especially among Muslims nations, when a Muslim has been converted to Christianity. Islam has declined tremendously over the last 10 years. Check the number of born again Christians in places like Africa, Asia, the Middle East etc.

God has never been and never will be without a witness on the earth. When the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of the world and He accented into heaven 40 days later the Holy Spirit came to indwell the believer. The more Christians are persecuted the stronger they become. 1 Corinthians 3: 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

Christianity is losing ground in educated, industrialized nations, it's gaining ground among the poorly educated. That has always been the case, it's why early Christians banned education for the laity and routinely destroyed all centers of learning as soon as they had control of a new territory. They're still trying that, as witness their increasingly pathetic attacks on evolution, but sooner or later the education system will win out.

in some places yes in some no.

Christianity is almost dead in most of Europe and is picking up speed in other western nations like the United States and is giving way to secular humanist philosophy.

nations in Africa and Asia that are third world are growing in population and as a result Christianity is growing in numbers their. The question is if and when those societies become more culturally advanced will they drop or liberalize their Christianity.

Christian is a term that means "follower of Christ." A true Christian is one follows Christ's lead, no longer looks to himself as master, but looks to Christ as Lord. He commits himself to gorw into behaving and acting like Jesus did. And Jesus submittd his will to the Father.

To be honest, over the last twenty years in the USA, collective behavior of Christians has become less and less Christ-like. The common notion of the day is not dying to self and being alive unto Christ, but the focus in on receiving - "what has God done for you lately?" Jesus said that the man that loses his life for my sake will find it." Contemporary Christianity all-to-often has made "self" Lord, and relegated Jesus to some sort of Santa Claus who provides us the things when we pray.

In that regard, Christianity is certainly amiss. Is American Christianity dying though? No, it's not dying. It's just off course. Change the course Lord Jesus.

I think this depends mostly to which side you seem to be bending to.Thus I think the Revelation is growing and is progressive from one stage to onother.Christianity is growing from that era and anew era is evolving where those people in this new era will still be christians but in an advanced stage we need to accept change for without there's no growth.

I thought that the dyeing of Christians was outlawed after the insurrections. I suppose that modern technology allows you to dye Christians at a faster rate of speed but I am not aware of any applications.

Yes, in this modern age we learn that facts are more reliable than faith. Just look at how the Intellgient Design movement was shot down due to complete lack of any evidence to put it in a science class.

it almost seems that way. christianity is splitting into many different sects and becoming further away from true christianity. half the "christians" out there only label themselves as so, like putting an peanutbutter sticker on a jar of jelly
