Anywhere, anytime, anyhow, you don't need a time, or to false a certain way to pray, that's all a load of rubbish, if you want to pray when your in the bath, then do so, in the garden, why not, even in front of the TV.
Go for it

However you feel comfortable. I can tell you a bit about how an able bodied Muslim will pray. First, you will stand facing mecca. Then you will bow. Then you will kneel on the floor, only hands, feet, knees, nose and forehead touching the floor. Then you will sit on your feet with the toes of the right foot facing forwards. and your hands on your knees. These positions will be used in in rotation during prayers.

There is no best position in praying as God purely wants you to speak to Him.God is not so strict and would love to hear more people pray .

I don't know that there are any "best" positions to pray, but I have always found that kneeling shows that I am humble before the Lord.
Thanks for asking!

On your knees, standing up, laying down, sitting at your desk, driving down the road, standing in the hall...I think you get my point. Paul says to pray without ceasing.

It does not matter what position you pray as you are sincere.

Jesus said do it in your closet, in private:
Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father in private; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
As did Mohammed in the Koran:
7:55 Call on your Lord with humility and in private: for Allah loveth not those who trespass beyond bounds.

I think the state of mind is more important than the position of the body.
But I would vote for kneeling.
Peace!
