It's not uncommon for some dogs, especially those bred when they are very young, to refuse to care for their pups. Some dogs respond to their litters with the dog-version of "post pardem depression".
You'll need, first, to make sure the puppies are kept warm. Cold can kill them faster than hunger. If their core temperature drops, they'll die very quickly (in less than a day).
Crank the room temperature up to 80-degrees if you can, keep hot water bottles around them, and/or (if it's safe to do so), put a small space heater near them. They'll wiggle up to the warmth when they're cold, and wiggle away from it when they need to cool down a little bit.
The best way to feed them is to go to your vet and have them show you how to "tube feed" the pups. A very slender tube is inserted down the throat directly into the pup's tummy, and then you push measured amounts of food through the tube with a needle-less syringe. You may need to feed them EVERY TWO HOURS for several WEEKS until they're eyes open and they can get up on their feet to eat more solid foods.
Pups will make little "mewling" sounds a lot, and that's normal. But if they're screaming or crying, it means they're hungry and they need more food.
There is an on-line video about tube-feeding that you can access at: http://www.naturalholistic.com/tubefeeding.html
You can also make sure they're properly hydrated by doing a simple skin-pinch test. Pick up the skin and fur at the back of the pup's neck and pull it straight up between your fingers; then let go. If the skin snaps back into place, the pup has enough fluid in its body. If the skin goes very slowly back into place or remains pinched up, it means the puppy is dehydrated and needs more fluid.
Good luck!

It sounds like she had them while she is too young..She has to allow them to get the 'first milk', colostrum within the first 24 hours..So, you will have to force her to be down with them at least for the first feedings..They will need fed every 2 hours this week..
You can give her chamomile tea..or get acepromazine from your vet..this will relax her..and is safe if given as the vet prescribes..
Give her Chamomile tea, to help her calm down.
Chamomile tea works very well, and is safe for her. Dump it out of the teabag, and use 2 teaspoons for a pit bull. Mix it in a little canned food, such as Mighty Dog, or Cesar's, and give about 30 minutes before she needs to relax. It will keep her happy, but reduce stress. It can be given as needed.
She is not being naughty, so be gentle with her, and inspire her confidence, as she is merely frightened..

I know it sounds rough but try to make her lay down as calmly as possible. The colostrum that she has now is very very important for the future health of the pups. Try to get her to relax as much as possible, keep the noise down, kick anyone out of the room that doesn't need to be there, sit on the floor next to her, lay her down and pet her gently. If that doesn't work try not touching her, some dogs are protective than others and may not want you next to her pups. If that doesn't work call your vet for help. good luck!

My dog's mother would not let them feed from her either. You must take over. Go buy puppy formula and some bottles. Good luck!

It depends on a lot of factors. Is your dog actually done having puppies? How long ago did she have them? You need to consult your Vet first! The Veterinarian will ask you questions to determine if there is a problem with your dog that is causing her to reject the puppies. Please call your Vet.

go to the vet or ask the dog whisperer. you could also feed them yourself every two hrs with formula in a bottle you find in pet store or dept store.

Depends. Sometimes animals know if something is wrong with their babies and the won't feed them or try to kill them so they can't live.
