What kind of problems do you go to the doctor for?

"Annual" physical is just that...annual (once a year). I go yearly for my pap smear and bloodwork...and since I turned 40, for a yearly mammogram.

Generally I only go otherwise, for issues that I cannot easily (or at all) clear up with otc meds or just by riding it out...poison ivy, severe sore throat, strained back, pain that won't alleviate with otc reliever... those types of things. In the past 2 yrs I haven't had to go to the doc outside of my yearly exam (thankfully). I don't go for cold/flu since there are no cures for those things anyway.

Only when I am sick, sad to say. I do visit my OB/Gyn twice a year, though, as well as my dentist.
