Lack of sleep?!

What is the cause of it?? stressful?! thinking too much?! worried abt smth?! Tight and busy schedules?!

Well, you should really get enough of sleep according to your own body alarm clock.

Lacking sleep and what it might affect behavior varies between each and individual.

If your life style involves with concentration, then this might affect it in great deal whether you are working or studying.

Try to eat healthy and do regular exercise.

Enjoy yourself and not to worry too much.

Hope the above would help you. Take care. :)

depends, when I had just had my daughter sleep was not an option and I managed OK, all new mums have a tolerance for it. Now she is two and I still get no sleep so it makes me irritable, cranky and moody. I guess it also depends on how much "lack of sleep", one nights broken sleep won't harm you but over a period of time it can make you ill and depressed.

Females get alot of their hormones while sleeping. When you don't go through sleep staging like you are suppose to, your body chemistry is off. This increases with age. Also, if you have a sleep related breathing disorder, you can suffer from memory loss, and high blood pressure, which can make you feel a little more frustrated.

well it has a great effect on your behaviour

you are very irritable, you can fly off the handle easily, your patience level decreases and you become very hard to live with for anyone.
other effects lack of sleep has is anxiousness, decrease in concentration, your reflexes slow down a lot, you have difficulty in focusing on something, your eyes hurt, your neck is stiff, your back is aching all over, your immunity weakens and you long to drop everything you have to do and get to a bed!

better get a good night sleep

Well, I don't know about you, but I get WIRED! It's crazy, because I think my body is trying to make up for my lack of sleep by creating all this false energy. But I can't think straight and my attention span is at ZERO.

Yes . Infact it creates severe problems like poor concentration, memory loss, irritability, indigestion. But there are ways by which you can overcome this problem. But the easiest & simplest one is music/sound theropy with zero side effects.

For me I get cranky and irritable. Other people get headaches. Some get down right miserable to be around.
