Easy! Make a bunch of cupcakes and have them designed yo look like footballs, baseballs, basketballs, whatever sport you can think of. With us guys it is all about the balls! LOL. Seriously, though, go with the cupcakes and avoid all the girlie stuff, she has to be reminded that she is having a boy and all the stuff that boys tend to do. Additionally, you can buy plastic cake tiers and put them on multiple levels with really neat designs hanging down in baby boy blue! Have a good one.

In the baking aisle at Wal-Mart, there are these disposable mini-cake pans, in fun shapes like hearts and stars. Buy a fun shape, and make several small cakes instead of one big one. Tint the white cake mix blue and use blue frosting. Put a small boy-toy on each mini-cake. Use things like hotwheels, blue rattles, some legos, small balls, etc. Have a blast! Good luck!! ♥

1.) Have a white cake with blue icing that says: Little Boy Blue. Have a picture of a little boy (with a blank space where the face should be) or golden horn. Decorate in little blue boy cutouts and golden horns.

2.) "JUST CAN'T WAIT TO BE KING"! Decorate with golden crowns. Play music from Lion King.

You can go traditional and have a bib and booties made. or a stork with a baby boy hanging from its beek. You can also put a picture of the expectant parents, perhaps showing off the belly... Hope this helps.

Boy is this going to hurt.

Or you could do it like a flight arrival board.
ETA
Delays or Ontime
Arrival City
Departure Date (day he was concieved)

On my son's cake, I put simply "God Bless Lee"....short and to the point!
If she doesn't have a name yet, just : Bless our Baby Boy" or "Here's to you, Big Boy!"
