Does he have a kennel club name? You could use something from that.
My two are Taz and Borris.. and that suits them so much - They are Giant Schnauzers.
How about Albert? Berty? Jack as in union Jack? George is a good one too. Very English..
You could call him something totally strange like Lieutenant (one spot is a 2nd Lieutenant in the army) Must be pronounced Leftenant though - the English way!? Shortened to Lefty - if you like and it is a good story as to why Lefty??!!
Borris was Borris before he was born... and it totally suits him!
I adore English Bulls and that would be my next choice of dog but they are a bit daft you know - well known to knock down doors rather than walk around them! So BIFFA would be my choice.. I am sure that was a character out of the Beano... oh and there is a nother - Dennis ?

What about "Dfa" (pronounced deefa) as in "D" for dog :o)
This was the name of my chocolate dobi who lived to the grand old age of 14 he was just simply the best. I now have a Jack Russell called Collin if that also helps.
Good luck with your new addition and may you both keep each other in great company for many happy years to come, I know my boy did x x

Hi,
Do you want a proper name for him ie. Bob etc or if he's got a kennel name why not pull something out of that.
Ive got a black lab called Billy and a chocolate lab called Truffle.
Good luck!

Since he is English use something royal & fun. King, Prince, Duke, Lord, or Sir. You can add a persons name or a name that fits his personality or looks. Try a few names to make sure he respones to it.
