We've talked about how he was thinking about kissing me. We practically hold eachother, I was told that it was the perfect time to kiss him. I was also told to kiss him real close to the mouth and then just look at him. But I don't know when and I'm really nervous. We've been dating a month this Saturday. I don't know what to do.

well you have been dating him for a month already so im guessing he likes you alot so you can relax a little bit.
its sounds like you are both new to this or you both are kinda shy and that's OK, you are both in the same boat together, which means he if feeling exactly how you are feeling.
so what you need to do is realize he is just as scared as you are, and then realize that men are the biggest scaredy cats on this entire planet. and if you wait for him to kiss you, then you will be 50 years old when he finally does.
So i know its scary but you need to guide him through it and make it easier for him.
go on a walk as the sun sets or go somewhere romantic and STOP TALKING ABOUT KISSING please stop cus that will make it really weird for you to. be relaxed and show him you are really into him.
be nice and sweet and then when you are looking into each others eyes slowly go in for the kiss.
but if your to scared to be that bold( i was my first couple of kisses) then make an environment around you to, to where he feels more relaxed and he feels its easier to kiss you.
oh and good luck it will be tuns of fun when you do finally get your kiss

Just wait until you two are alone, and look into his eyes as he is talking and just lean in real close to his lips and it will happen! Trust me if you are nervous now just wait until that happens! Yes kiss him!
