I am 16 and have no heart problems, lately I have been developing eye bags partly because of AP's and SAT comitments, even with all of this, i get about 7 to 7.5 hours of sleep. I don't eat breakfast but im never hungry!!! I would like to eat breakfast but i just cant force myself to eat. I usually get tired around 11am-1 (i eat around that time) and I am tired throughout the day till about 4 then i seeem to balance out.

How can I get more enegry from 11-4 when i get so tired?

Try drinking something like ensure or carnation instant breakfast in the morning. If you can atleast drink a glass of orange juice or milk that will be better than nothing. Also, for lunch eat things with protein. That will help boost your energy level.
Your core body temperature drops usually between the hours of 3pm-5pm & 3am & 5am. This can cause you to feel tired. If you aren't feeling more spunky after lunch, try to eat some sort of snack bar (granola, or multi grain) to give you some carbs until dinner. Just don't try to keep up with caffeine all of the time. You tend to burn more calories with this and then you can still end up tired.

Getting tired after eating is normal. Basically all of your energy is focused on digestion, taking energy away from other systems. When your stomach is through digesting, your energy is once again evenly spread out.
Eating breakfast will not necessarily keep you from being tired after meals. (I suggest fruit and eggs for breakfast--light-weight and packed with vitamins and protein)
Eating several small meals throughout the day would help, but this is very difficult to do while in school. Also, try to avoid heavy foods or starchy foods for lunch as they are harder for your body to break down and therefore use up more energy.

examine what you are eating for lunch. If its typical cafeteria food that is not the healthiest, that could be why. You need to eat lean proteins, less carbs, and more fruit at lunch to keep you stamina up.

You still may get the tired feeling, its normal. Try doing some exercise when you get home (I know its hard, but force yourself to do it) and you'll gain some energy!

I go to the gym after work, even though I am so exhausted. I feel much better afterwards. But if I go home after work and not to the gym, I will fall asleep!
