I am interested in emancipating in WA. The thing is my parents wont sign. My parents daily tell me that i am not wanted here that i am just here to be here because my mom doesnt want to get arrested. She daily says that she hates me. I will be getting a job on Monday with Target where i will make $600. I am interested in emancipating in April, where i will at that time have $3000 and have been renting out a house from a lady for 6mos. I will also have 8letters in agreement. Is that enough?

What you should do is talk to an attorney. Most county bar associations have referral lines for attorneys who do pro bono work.

If you cannot afford an attorney, then you need to fill out the legal paperwork yourself. Check the county courthouse. There are often standard legal forms for matters like this. You will need to be able to explain to the judge why you are getting emancipated, how you can support yourself, and provide evidence supporting those statements.

The judge will then determine if you can be emancipated. But you should really try to find a family law attorney who can help you out, since navigating the court procedures can be tricky.

You need legal advice, real legal advice, not a bunch of wanna-be's that are on here. You don't say how old you are, this is very important. You may have to go into foster care before you can be emancipated. Talk to social services and to a lawyer before you make any moves.
