I can understand the feeling - I can understand the wanting for some lady to baby you and change your diaper - I can understand the complete pleasure when this happens. However, as you can see by all the ladies answering your question they just think you are crazy and they would have nothing to do with you. You will just have to find a very special woman who will want to take care of you - and change your diaper when it is wet. You will need to find a special lady that will allow you to suckle. It is hard but it can be done - just remember that ! Your present GF will never understand this situation and will never want to try and please her BF - so you just got to dump her and find that women that will be a good mommy to you every once in a while !
