how is it criminal still get caught for a crime like murder, with no murder weapon found, no survelience, no eye witnesses, and no dna on their clothes,

Ive always wondered that, these cops seem likethey have an all seeing eye, either that or you hae other ways someone can still be linked to a crime

An arrest requires only probable cause -- more likely than not based on all the information and evidence available. Proving the actual conviction requires much more evidence and a higher standard -- beyond a reasonable doubt.

Most cases are actually tried on circumstantial evidence. Motive, opportunity, means, even if there is no actually 100% guaranteed proof. Generally, when there are enough coincidences and unexplained circumstantial likelihoods, a good prosecutor can get a jury to convict. That's because many juries will actually convict if they are "pretty sure", even if there are reasonable doubts. It's not supposed to work that way, but it often does.

in most cases you don't, but there is always prime suspects like a husband if the wife is killed and so on.

next of course if the prime suspect can't prove they were not there, often failure to prove yourself not guilty may get you charged if alot of other non related facts all seem to fit.
