Clothes that are stylish yet not revealing at all, she can look cute without showing her body.

Allowance is up to the parents, but I think chores should be done as a family member living in the house. Maybe extra opportunities could be provided for cash. Like basic chores such as dishes, keeping a clean room, laundry, cleaning after self, sweeping should be part of living there.
Washing vehicles or helping clean windows or something big like that might be paid, but not a huge amount.

Dates, hold off on that as long as possible. 16 would be best. Dating should never be alone at that age. Do things in groups or even with parents. There should be nothing to hide.

Wear - something that's not revealing or offensive, but her own style.

Be paid allowance - depends on what she does. Maybe $20. I'm not sure.

Dates - group dates only.

Chores - clean her room, load the dishwasher, vacuum, things that you might do, just not *everything* that needs to be done.

That's honestly just a guess, so you might want other opinions. :)

anything she likes really as long as its not to revealing!
depends what she does but i think she should get atleast £5 for doing nothing and then extra for however much she helps.
she should be allowed on dates, hopefuly shes responsable enough not to do anyting stupid.
and she should help around the house, but not have set chores that she has to do before she goes out. she should just do them like before she goes to bed or in the morning. dont put to much pressure on her!

you should wear anything you want to but not to revealing for your only 13.Do on dates? i think your too young to be worrying about dating.Chores just depends on what your parents want you to do..and allowance just depends on you and how good you are in school and attitude..hope this helps out a bit..
