It relies upon. If i'm out @ an ice cream save then i opt to get gentle serve vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles on a cone. yet when i'm at abode on a Friday evening or i'm at a freinds abode then i opt to have cookie dough ice cream in a bowl! Yummy! wish the hot 3 hundred and sixty 5 days is going nicely!!!!!

If you mix some plain yoghurt with fresh fruit you can control the calories, otherwise the calories - sugar - fats etc are about the same.

Probaly, but I would read the labels some yogart has alot of calories. Frozen yogart is less.

yes, has less calories and less carbohidrates, lipids, fats.
at least, yoghurt is healthy
