Eat more egg products and gelatin. Use a hot oil treatment. Avoid hair-dryers and "hard" water.

yes i know what to do. i work with hair and nails all the time!!brushing your hair all the time is really good for your hair so dont stop doing that!!but do not brush it when it is wet, that is really bad for it, alot of ppl do not know that!!went until its almost dry, also for split and dead ends, get about 1 to 2 inches cut off of it every 6 weeks that will help . it will also help your hair grow faster. and take vitamin b12 that will help hair grow long and strong!! plus it also helps your nails grow long and strong too
have a blessed day p.s. useAUSSIE 3 minute miracle reconstrutor and leave in hair for 3 to 4 minute before u rinse it out it will make your hair soft again, i live by that lol!! u will feel it getting soft again in about 1 week.also if u rinse it with cold water after you rinsed it with warm water it will really shine!!!

stop the brushing.. brushing is hard on the hair! let the hair have a chance to go along with it's grain.
also a trimming of the split ends will help tremendously and try hard not to pick up the brushes and combs as often.
you really don't need to brush the hair that much... fingers running through it to detangle it is best..
brushing before washing it is preferred for distributions of dirt and oils.
:D
conditioners and shampoos that are gentle on the hair and don't wash daily.
i find pantene works for me.

Well, the best is to cut all the split ends. At least go to a hair salon or have your hair trim at least every 6-8 weeks.
You might be growing your hair and not wish to have it cut, but this is the only and best solution to help your split ends.
Other than that, I am sure your hairdresser would be able to advise you and let you know wot type and structure you hair is then suggest other products to help you.
I hope this will help, wishing you all the best and good luck. :)

Drink lots of water for nourishment sake.
Fish Oil tablets are good for hair....taken orally.
Once a month, use hot oil treatments.
Once a month, have shapeup trim done to rid of split uneven hair....brings forth new hair growth therefore producing much livlier looking hair.
Do not overbrush.
Be careful with the brushtype you use also - speak with a beautician in regard to this.
Best wishes for healthy hair!
