write me imemdiately: what the heck do you mean? you see actual numerals on your hands and have no tattoos? if so, you coud either be hallucinating from substance abuse or else have "stigmata," which are HOLES that run through palm to front of hand, highly unlikely (need to talk to a priest, esp if catholic), but usually caused by psorisis, need derm CLINIC AT A UNIVERSITY! you may as well be becoming sleep deprived, seeing things not really there that make you paranoid (more sleep deprivation will cause you to become violent--very important that you go to a good sleep lab to see if you have sleep apnea, easily treatable. THEN, WORST, is the most important step: see a shrink ASAP, since may be a sign of psychosis, perhaps paranoid schnophrenia. you do not want to go through that. get treatment and advice IMMEDIATELY. and, let me add: do not ever lie to any doctor. tell every doc you see what medications andor street drugs you take!!! even drinking alcohol can lead to this delusion (i think, write to me), but if you are genetically alcoholic, you definitely need even MORE anesthetics than those that are not. good luck

I assume you mean numbness. You don't give your age so I suggest some simple wrist exercises. Flex and extend your fingers 5-6 times (3 sets) curl and flex your wrist 5-6 times (3 sets)
See you doctor this is an indication of serious problems, arthritis or carpel tunnel syndrome.
