Its yes/no true/false and you don't have to write anything.
There is a good website www.lifeintheuk.org where you can practice the test, for free.
It is not that difficult, and I personally think preparing for it shows that you 're making efforts to integrate.

yes i've given this test . its yes or no, true or false. its not very difficult . if your english is ok there is nothing to be worried of. yes once you give this test you become more confident and feeling of belongigness to this country becomes more stronger.
