No!!!! The dealership has "No-Liability for "mis-prints" in an add published... Read the "fine-print" of the add itself!
Also, the dealership has "The Right" to protect themself, and the public, from someone like you who can pay $0.00 on any item! Do you have a "pocket-full" $0.00 right now??? What planet are you from or on right now, that uses $0.00 as the currency(money) for "Capital"(Trade) on services and goods?
If you were selling a service or product, would you take $0.00 as payment?? I doubt it!!
You would be better off buying a bicycle, if all you can afford to spend is $300.00-400.00 on a car, and expect it to run(go)...
Good luck on your search....

Unfortunatley, you will not get the car for $0, that was onviously a misprint or a miscommunication because no one will sell a car for 0, at that point its not selling but giving away.

I am sure if you are interested in the Kia, that the dealer will work with you to make to mistake work in your benefit.

It is very hard to find a certifiable car that is reliable for 3-400 bucks, you really do get what you pay for and a car is no different. If you want to buy junk, there will be all kinds of cars and guys willing to sell it to you.

I live in Phoenix and a few years ago a dealer printed a coupon in the newspaper for $250.00 off the purchase of a car. There were no notations about "Only one coupon per customer" Some guy went and got all the newspapers that didn't sell or get delivered for the day the coupon was in the paper. He got the car with those coupons, even though it went to court!

for that low a price its gotta be a car that doesn't run or needs alot of work and is not worth the money even to fill up another car to drive down to the dealer to get it

as for the car listed as $0 probably a typo from the paper or the dealer could be asking for a best offer price if they just want to get rid of the car but I'd question the reasoning behind that

I worked retail and we always had to give the customer the price on the sign or on the ticket, even if it scanned at a higher price. Some don't always comply though, and they'll just say, "Oh no, that was an error, this is the real price..." I don't think an advertisement is a legal contract and they are forced to comply with that price... or free as you have it. They can just tell you it was an error.

Well, if it's a used Kia, $0 is about what it's worth.

usually means 0$ down for a down payment for the car, but you have to usually have excellent credit sometimres. if you are looking for a car that cheap, you'll end up paying more thatn its worth to repair it in the future.

Look at the small print; they could weasel out under a "not responsible for errors" disclaimer
